Good Luck Charm
Colour Pop Good Luck Charm Pressed Powder Blush ($7.00 for 0.21 oz.) is a medium-dark, coppery orange with moderate, warm undertones and flecks of gold micro-sparkle throughout. When applied and blended out, it had more of a satin finish–subtle sheen and a few stray sparkles but not overtly shimmery. The texture was soft, a little thinner but not quite as powdery as some of the brand’s blushes have been, so it was easier to pickup and to control.
It had good color coverage in a single layer, which was more than described (formula is designed to be buildable), but a lighter hand could achieve more buildable application if preferred. The blush applied evenly and blended out without difficulty on my skin. It wore well for eight hours before showing signs of fading.
- MAC Linda (LE, $39.00) is less shimmery, darker, warmer (95% similar).
- MAC Sunbasque (P, $24.00) is more…
